Shipping & Returns



  • In stock orders placed on any business day before 3pm CST will be shipped same day.
    After 3pm will result in next day shipping.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next
    business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Glass orders placed will take additional time to be packaged and shipped.
  • Please allow up to two days for order processing.
  • Any errors must be reported within 30 days

Delivery time varies.  All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.

When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible. DO NOT use abbreviations. Please also do not use dashes or spaces if your address does not require them.  If you have any concerns about your address please send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.

International shipments are subject to a $15 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.  We ask that all international shipments e mail us at

Electrical items become non-refundable the moment they are plugged in. (exceptions are made due to an issue covered under warranty)

We do not pay for return shipping unless it is our fault on the product or order.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for errors due to buyer’s negligence.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours and provide you with return shipping information.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee - this is generally applied to special order items.
